Got questions about boudoir? Awesome! We’ve got answers.
Do you photograph people my size?
Of course! We photograph women and men of all sizes, shapes and ages. Your weight does not define you, and your body deserves love and respect no matter your place in life.
Will my photos go on your website?
Nope. Your photos are for your eyes only, and whoever you choose to share them with. We may ask permission to share some of your photos since we love putting babes in the limelight and blogging about them, but it’s totally ok to say no.
So then how do you get photos for your blog and website?
Sometimes, I’ll offer Boudie Calls. These are highly discounted photo shoots, but in exchange for the discount, clients sign a model release, which allows us to use their images. Most of the time, though, what you’re seeing are women who shot with us and loved their images so much they are letting us share them!
Where do I get lingerie from?
There are lots of great online sources to purchase lingerie like AdoreMe, Frederick’s of Hollywood, Yandy, Torrid and Lane Bryant. If you want something local and where you can try items on, I recommend Madalyn Joy, a lingerie designer based right here in Port Washington! She rents her pieces, which is perfect if you want to wear something really elaborate but have no use for purchasing it. Her pieces include capes, lace, rhinestones and more. They are seriously gorgeous. You can also visit Allure in Mequon, WI. This little boutique has lingerie to suit every woman. And it feels so luxurious – a great start to your boudoir experience.
Can I bring a friend or my significant other?
You can bring anyone you wish if it will help you relax and feel comfortable. A best friend on-site might just be the confidence boost you need to really rock your shoot. Guests are not allowed at reveal sessions – We want that to be an important moment for you only. You deserve to be the first person to see your images and take in how breathtaking you are.
